This project is a pioneer in the realm of infill work-live development in the City of Fort Lauderdale. Design to fit within a neighborhood shopping center this building includes a 1200 square feet of retail at the ground level, rental units on the second level and owner quarters on the third and fourth level with a roof top kitchen. There is an infinity edge pool on the third level overlooking a 60 feet wide canal on the back of the building. This structure will seek LEED silver certification, it will include solar panels and a green roof among other energy saving devices.
