This peculiar 9 level building with 57 luxury units derives its distinctive shape form responding to underlying zoning. The wall bisecting the tower is directly on top of 2 different zoning districts. A PUD was devise as a way to overcome the site hurdles, and a row of 6 townhouses face the street bringing a neighborhood character to the area. The parking garage cannot be seen from any of the 3 streets flanking the project. A private Zen garden was designed to buffer the lobby from the busy street in front of the site.
