Our approach to your project will begin with our core commitment to sustainable design. From the perspective of your needs and desires, together we will explore the many facets of the design challenge, ranging from maintaining the existing structure or new alternatives, to budget and project delivery. Our parametric modeling software allows us to perform analysis early on in the design process in such critical areas as structure, building envelope, energy performance and budget compliance; and, since we develop our design in 3-D, you will have a greater understanding of your project as it develops. Integral to our design software is the Green Building Studio. This software component allows us interact in real time with manufacturers that can supply data on building systems that are specific to your project.
