PAG was awarded this 72,000 square foot library which was the largest building form a bond program issued by Broward County to build several satellites libraries throughout the county. This facility has a theater/ auditorium space, children’s area, and volunteer areas aside from the typical program found on a neighborhood library. A 260 space parking garage was also part of the site development.
