This museum creates a link between a main local street at the front and the New River on the back of the facility. The front takes on a bigger urban scale than the rear, facing the steer there are interactive displays, and the museum entry acts as a beacon to the surrounding neighborhood. Facing the river Passive activities were placed facing the river such as a depressed children digging pit, an amphitheater, and plaza.
