A new clubhouse facility renovation in Sea Ranch Lakes Neighborhood Association, A new open air pavilion that allows several events to occur simultaneously was included, as well as outdoor active and passive recreation areas. Special consideration had to be given  to the building placement on the site due to the proximity of the Coastal Construction Line.
