Wilton Station is a mixed use project in the heart of Wilton Manors, Florida.  It consists of 272 residential units of different types ranging from townhouses at grade level to roof top terraces/suites.  Additionally the project includes 25,000 square feet of retail and a recreation facility second to none that includes a large pool with beach area, rock waterfall feature, a multi level gymnasium, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, spas and cabanas. The project borders the North Fork of the New River, features waterfront amenities that include floating docks, gazebos and a 400 foot long boardwalk. The project is designed around “New Urbanism” principles and uses an extensive network of pedestrian streets around the village that encourage people to use and interact in the public open spaces between the buildings. All streets are lit for night time use and have many benches, flowers and other amenities that make for a pleasant walk through the village.
