The Delray Beach Yacht was originally built in the 1950’s and while still a popular place, was in need of a significant redesign to accommodate the requirements of new members and their young families. The new program included new facades for all buildings, new covered entry feature, poolside bar and grill and a new second floor, member’s club and restaurant. Pierce Architectural Group provided exterior and interior design, Site Plan Approval and construction administration services.
